Rental Terms

1. You agree to rent each selected dress for a minimum period of three days for $50.00. You agree to pay $10.00 per day for each additional day that you rent each selected dress.

2. You agree to return all dresses on time and in the condition you received the dresses. You acknowledge that it is critical to return the dress on time and understand that other customers may be relying on you to return your dress in order to wear it to their event.

3. You agree to pay a damage deposit of $100.00 for each dress rented. In the event that you keep your rental for additional days beyond the agreed upon period, we are entitled to retain the daily fee and may charge an additional inconvenience fee of $50.00.

4. In the event that you return the dress in a damaged condition, you agree that we have the right to and will retain the full damage deposit.

5. You understand and agree that the dress(es) you rent may be used and you accept it/them in an as in condition.

6. You agree that we are not liable for any damage to the dress or any inconvenience you may experience related to the used condition of the dress or your rental for any reason. We are not liable for any reason arising out your rental and you agree that your sole remedy for any damage arising out of your rental is a full refund.
